2. Services Provided
HR Nexus Group provides human resources consulting, recruitment, workforce management solutions, and related services (“Services”). Specific terms for each service may be outlined in separate agreements or contracts.
3. Job Posting Guidelines
To ensure a positive experience for all users of HR Nexus Group’s services, job posters must follow these Job Posting Guidelines (“Guidelines”) when submitting job content, presenting employment opportunities, and managing the application process. Failure to comply with these Guidelines may result in the removal or reduced visibility of a job advertisement, employment opportunity, or application process (each referred to as a “Job Posting”), or suspension or termination of the job poster’s account without a refund (if applicable) for any fees paid.
Permissible Job Postings
HR Nexus Group is designed for posting paid job opportunities. It should not be used for the following:
- Multi-level marketing opportunities
- Unpaid internships or any unpaid roles
- Arrangements that do not constitute legitimate employment opportunities, including casting calls, auditions for modeling, acting, and talent management services, survey collection, opinion gathering, focus groups, etc.
- Franchise or business opportunities
Job Transparency
Job posters must provide clear and accurate information in their job advertisements and throughout the candidate onboarding process. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that:
- All job content and communication with candidates accurately reflect the opportunity being offered.
- Each Job Posting represents a legitimate, current job opening.
- The job content uses industry-standard language that allows candidates to clearly understand the responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation associated with the role.
Additional Posting Rules
When posting a job on HR Nexus Group, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Job seekers should never be required to register or create an account to view the job description.
- Job seekers should not be asked to pay any fees directly to the employer.
- Job descriptions and linked content should not contain illegal, offensive, obscene, threatening, exploitative, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Job descriptions should not include personal information or application submission instructions that are invasive of privacy.
- Job descriptions should not promote or advertise unrelated products or services.
- Job descriptions should not include irrelevant keywords in the title or description.
- Job seekers should never be asked to submit photos or videos as part of the application process.
- Job posters should ensure all content posted on HR Nexus Group is authorized by the appropriate trademark or copyright owner.
Job Poster Responsibilities
Job posters are responsible for ensuring that the content of their Job Postings complies with applicable laws. At a minimum, all Job Postings must:
- Comply with local, state, federal, and international laws, including those concerning anti-discrimination, labor and employment, equal employment opportunity, employment eligibility, salary range disclosures, data privacy, consumer protection, intellectual property, and other legal requirements.
- Not contain discriminatory job requirements based on race, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), age, disability, religion, national origin, citizenship, military status, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic.
- Not exclude applicants based on criminal convictions, criminal records, or felonies unless required by law or as a legitimate job requirement.
- Not require citizenship from a specific country or lawful permanent residence unless required by law or a legal contract.
- Not include job requirements that are not legitimate, lawful, or necessary for the position.
- Not contain content or links to content that exploits individuals in any harmful or inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone under 18 years old.
- Not include job roles located in countries subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom or United States governments.
Additional Information
Some Job Postings may be subject to review, though HR Nexus Group is not obligated to review every Job Posting. Job posters may be asked to revise their postings to meet these Guidelines or provide additional information to ensure candidates clearly understand the nature and scope of the posting.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the website and services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes.
- Violate any local, state, or national laws or regulations.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit harmful or malicious content such as viruses or malware.
