Reports to: Production Manager
Location: Calabar, Cross River State
Salary Budget: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month
Job Type: Full time

We are seeking an experienced Production Pharmacist to join our client’s team at their upcoming pharmaceutical company in Cross River State. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Oversee production of pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules, liquids)
– Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
– Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
– Maintain accurate production records and documentation
– Train and develop production staff
– Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and quality control

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
– Registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
– Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
