Purpose of role:
As a Cloakroom Attendant, your role is pivotal in ensuring our members and guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your professional, efficient, and courteous service will help us maintain the high standards of the Royal Automobile Club.

– Welcoming all guests and visitors with a courteous and friendly attitude.
– Handling member and guest queries professionally and efficiently.
– Having a detailed knowledge of the clubhouse and its facilities.
– Ensuring all luggage on hold is clearly labelled and properly handed over to the night team.

About You
– Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Previous experience in a similar luxurious establishment.
– A problem solver and team player.
